Yes it is just grass, but you can't just cut it with the basic lawnmower that the women in the neighborhood may have. The grass is too tall for that. Therefore, the city employees should get off their lazy behinds with their larger and more appropriate equipment to get the job done.

A neighbor or a passerby cannot go on to another person's property and do any sort of improvement without the owner's permission it's against the law so you cannot expect the a neighborhood to go on to someone else's property the neighborhood is not responsible for upkeep.

@@alicehood9308 I agree with you to a point, but how many of us are law abiding citizens? I don't know anybody that doesn't break a law. I know a lot of people are thinking right now "I don't break laws" yes you do. Have you ever rolled through a stop sign? Drove one mile an hour over the posted speed limit? A posted speed limit is what it is. The maximum limit you can go. You don't have to stop 3 seconds at a stop sign you just have to come to a complete stop. And I'm not sure about Tennessee laws but Alabama we have a right of way and it's 30 ft to either side of a public roadway. So you can go get some herbicide as long as you don't spray it more than 30 ft off of the road onto that property you're not breaking the law. It would take a residential lawn mower way too long to cut the grass you're going to have to have something commercial or industrial or a gallon of gas and a match. That would be considered arson if you don't get a permit from the city. What about the fire department and a controlled burn? I'm sure they could use the practice the training and it'll be educational and probably get done a lot faster than the cities street department or whatever department that's supposed to cut it. Hell if I lived closer I'd come do that shit just to do it as long as it wasn't a closed crime scene. Hell I might even swing by and see yo Gotti while I'm there.
