I thought about this kind of thing the other day and I still as a mother of a toddler who does things dangerous like tries to hang out the second story window and jump off of high places andclined things he shouldn't and the news are not stable... 4 men. I don’t think the 2 guys that pull the baby I lives there. 🤔 there is too much noise from the street level. The baby was probably crying. Parents would have looked out the window 🪟 to see the commotion. I think the baby was left alone but they under estimate how smart he is. For the rescue: you can tell that is a smart kid. He was fully aware of the situation at such as young age.

Is not unusual in some countries (China) to leave children or toddlers home alone. They lock them inside and have bars around windows able balconies. I'm a westerner, and it freaks me out, but this happens because parents need to work or whatever. By 5 yrs old some kids are cooking for themselves and doing chores. It's just the way it is.

This happened back in 2022. Apparently the parents were not home. The baby all by itself crawled to the window where he then was hanging by his head. The neighbors helped from below the apartment all the way down to the street in case the boy fell. Other neighbors broke into the apartment to be able to rescue the little boy from the window. Edit: I’ve looked into more of the story and I don’t see anything about a grandmother being locked out of the home. This sort of thing with dangling children happens extremely often in China so it may be that some people maybe be confusing this story with another.
