That Jem doll is the Rock 'N Curl Jem one of the later Jem dolls I have her and the first edition Jem/Jerrica doll with the earrings that light (the earrings on mine don't work anymore when I got her from eBay),I also have the other characters from Jem that were made into dolls in my collection. I might try this on my Rock 'N Curl Jem her hair is in a braid and I was afraid I might mess it up and most of my dolls have nice hair even though most of them were used and I have 3 that were new in the box when I got them.

Great work on the ladies. I used to have one of the dolls from that Jemdoll-line. It was one of the badguys and she had this glorious mane of neongreenish-yellowish hair but sadly very little of my barbie outfits fit her so she was condemd to stay in her original clothes or be naked. For a long time I had no idea what fandom she came from since the Jemseries hadn't really become big in sweden at the time(the end of the 80s), so it wasn't until internet and my dollinterest got resparked in adulthood that I found that that little infonugget out.

I’m sorry but that’s not Jem. All jem dolls have the light up star earrings. I do remember another doll out at the same time had the same bod as jem and was blond can’t remember her name though and I know because I grew up in the 80s and I still have my old jem and rio dolls and her car. Btw you do great work on their hair. I buy dolls from thrift and yard sales and omg the hair on some of them 😠
