I’m about to make this for my parent’s 20th wedding anniversary since we all love GBBO! Thank you for this video, I’ve been super overwhelmed looking at the baking directions but this helped me make sense of it all. Well done on the torta setteveli, looks amazing!

This is AWESOME! You did a great job! I am making this cake for Christmas, and starting tomorrow--terrified!! 10 hours---oh my aching feet! Question--do you think you need the springform pan? On the show they just used a regular cake pan and put acetate on the inside to facilitate the removal. I've never done that before...Thanks for showing us the way!

Julie Carney Thanks! I think because each layer gets frozen it should be fairly easy to take out of any tin you use. I couldn’t find acetate to use ha and just used what tin I had in my kitchen. Good luck for your bake!
