actually Uranus may have been tilted because of a brown dwarf star and it's planets that went past Uranus. every 3,600 to 4,000 years it circles around the sun and goes back out to the Oort cloud and back

Venus rotates clockwise rather than counterclockwise like the other planets (except Uranus) Why?

Then Uranus doesn't count does it! It's on it's side so how do we know it is rotating "backwards" with respect to the Earth. AHHHH!!!!! Jeez.

It's 8 more degrees than on its side, so it's VERY slightly upside down. Venus would be a better example.
