If Geddy and Alex were actually to reform Rush, the only like-aged drummer whom I think could begin to fill the void that Neil left behind is The Police's Stuart Copeland -- no one else that I can think of comes anywhere close
@Void-Knull
@Void-Knull 5 ай бұрын
@@shruggzdastr8-facedclown they shouldn't “reform”, but instead start an entirely separate musical project with Copeland. I will always regret not seeing a live Rush show, but seeing those three playing together would certainly be the next best thing.

WHAAAAAT??!!!! So freakin cool!!! That soprano sax is sweet!!! Now I have to see the full show! I played bari sax in my high-school jazz band in Montréal in the mid to late 70s, and we were really good... Not to mention huge RUSH fans. Our repertoire consisted mainly of Maynard Ferguson arrangements and we practiced with the records until we had the tunes down. Our teacher, Robert Jodoin, invited Buddy Rich to do a show with his band and we got to meet and talk to him and the other pros after the show. For aspiring dedicated teens it was intense!!
