1. Wash your face correctly (don't overwash) 2. Don't toch your face (fingers have bacteria) 3. Use a black mask or any other mask once to twice a week 4. Moisturize your face (preferred oil-absorbing moisturizer) 5. Use a Facial Brush (don't have to though) 6. Don't pop your pimples (it can cause infections) 7. Get atleast 7 hours of sleep

I agree with him. Having perfect skin is not something that you need, it’s what you want. So if it’s not important to the degree in which you can’t survive without it, I’d say just be chill and don’t stress too much if things are not working out. If I want to complain about my imperfections, I wouldn’t have time to even consider the positive things about myself. I mean, I get that we all have our insecurities and it can be overwhelming sometimes but at the end of the day, focusing on that won’t make us happy. Be kind to others and ourselves people. Don’t be so hard on yourself. A lot of people appreciate you for who you are.

Please anyone the most important think you can do for ur skin is wear sunscreen. I get some of you don’t like it because of the white cast but, there are formulations out there that mask the cast. Wearing sunscreen is a medication that protects you from uva and uvb. Uvb meaning to protect from burns, sunspots, sun cancer. Uva protects against the wavelengths that penetrate deep in the skin and leads to photo aging. Trust me wearing it now, ur skin will look young when ur in ur 50s. Ignore all the anti aging serums and all this other bs the industry claims. Wear sunscreen periodt

moonii moon doesn’t matter, wearing it at a young age can contribute to even looking more younger. Not only that you can develop skin cancer at any age. Although, it’s less likely to happen in your age. Who knows what could happen. So it’s better if you do.

I used to have clear skin like everyone would be asking me literally everyday about what i use for my skin... and it doesn’t last forever, this year, my senior year acne starts to show up a lot on my face. Ive never become this stress over studying in my life but we really need to do better in senior year so yeah.. had to pull all-nighters to do the works and studying. My sleep cycle went crazy. At one time I don’t really know what tired means. I would stay all-nighters just do what i should do and not even regret it. It is a really bad thing and everything seems disaster for me lmao. I work so hard for this year and i hope what i do turn great... yeet. The acne hm I don’t even care about it now, i kno people would judge the face but I believe everything is from inside, inner side is important. Im happy rn , idc about the acne on my face and that makes me even happier lmao ik this sounds weird. But yeah i try to reduce the acne too, slowly. Hopefully the products i use will work fine hehe. Ty for this vid actually it makes me even better

Wow I'm grade 11 and my skin has been acting for months now for damn reasons.. But like I started doing Oil cleansing, Tea spoon of Olive oil and a drop of Tea tree oil for 10 min on my face,. It takes time to adjust but its getting better (castor oil is bad for beginners, and I am one so I didn't risk it) Altho they're for acne not for scars, aloe vera moisturiser (from plants or drug store) for scars, it takes time too

not that anyone asked but i was on acutane for eight months two separate times and it messed me up each time. i couldn't get out of bed and it messed up my liver. sure, it clears up zits but it's the last resort if you ever come to a point where you feel like getting rid of acne is worth all the side effects the medication can cause. looking back it doesn't seem worth it and i do try to talk people out of the medication, but hey.. i did what made me happy at the time so who am i to say what to do to others. just.. if anyone's considering the meds mentioned in the video, friendly advice would be to really read on up about them and consider the message in the video here first.
