I love the comments when people say meds don't help That sounds like someone who's unwell to be considering I've bene in that situation.. They do help just they have side effects. They don't cure they numb you up but it's a choice between a horrible life or an easier one. They only seem to help by masking side effects of being upset about things but it better than being allover the place. I have taken an antidepressant before on it own and I did help allot more than an antiphycotic for bipolar 2 it had way more benefits like increased memory and focus and was able to speak to people easier so yea that's more than any antiohycotic I've tried. Though the reason for coming off was it did make. Me. A bit unwell but things were generally allot better should of maybe taken an antiphycotic along with but this was near lock down I think most people became unwell anyways
