NEJE 3 MAX - Honest Review - Is This Laser Engraver Worth It?

In this video I'll be unboxing and testing the Neje 3 Max Laser Engraver. This laser engraver features a very large working area at 810mm x 460mm along with a 12W diode laser. It also comes with additional components which makes it easy to upgrade the machine like an emergency cutoff switch and air assist. Pretty honest and fair. Hopefully they will fix the little issues you found could be better. And hit you up again for another shot at it for them to reach those on your creative level pimp. Although I love the melting and 3D printers way more. Some of your review these are very interesting. I know it can be a lot. I'm not in a position to start to melt. But I love to see when all 3 come together on projects. 3D print, melt and engraving. But I appreciate you putting interesting hobbies out there for us not only try. But to enjoy watching also man.

I really like their lasers, the A40640 can be said to be a very good player among the 10W lasers, and I have bought 3 of them so far. If I had to say a bad thing, it would be the need to adjust the screw knob inside the laser, which is a hassle. Hope they can improve. Nice vid,will u test their E80 next time?

Thanks for a very thorough review. It would be good to see a walkthrough of assembling it, although maybe someone else could, as I'm sure you won't want to repeat it. I'm looking to buy one mostly for cutting and engraving acrylic for flight simulator panels. This one appeals because it can cut larger materials. Just wondering what the quality of cuts is like on acrylic and whether they could do bevelled edges (that would be true 3D cutting). Did you test on acrylic at all? If you did, was it a smooth cut?

Is it necessary to adjust the focus every time we switch from engraving to cutting?

Typically when engraving, you want as fine a point as possible so you focus directly to the top of the work piece. When cutting you put your focus in the middle of the workpiece. If you use that cutting focus for engraving, you will be losing some precision
