Mu had to grow up fast being a stray kitten so he was not prepared for all the love he received when he was rescued by you and your family. He has grown up so much now and he is still playful and turned loving too. You have done a great thing with all the cats you have. Have a blessed day.

This made me cry. Poor Towa was a tiny, unweaned kitten when you rescued and raised him, so he was perfectly socialized and grew up to be just a sweet, gentle, open cat. And Mu, not much older, came in from the streets without that gift of not being wary. All it took was patience and love ;)

Towa reminds me of my older male who I weened when rescued. Years later when I rescued a pair of siblings, he helped ween them like he was their mother. It is amazing how much love my cats all have for one another being from all different origins. I did not even need to litter train the twins, my male did it without asking. He would also carry them like a mother would so they could share in the morning sun on the screen porch's three foot high window sill.
