Nell was one bad woman! Do you know what kind of stamina you have to have to sing that song so fast and dance also? She was AMAZING and I miss her. Hands down THEE BEST PHYSICAL COMEDIC ACTRESS EVER. Lucille Ball could NOT touch Nell. Lucy couldn't exude the class, sexiness, sensuality, sensitivity, pain, etc that Nell could. I don't want to say she was under rated because she is beloved and received her accolades. NBC should make it a point to remember her. SHE started their rise to a power house network with Gimme A Break. They did them real dirty when the Cosby Show became a hit. Some type of movie or documentary should be done in her honor. She deserves that much. There is a lot of her life that needs to be told. She overcame a tremendously difficult life. Probably the ONLY celebrity I would love to just sit and chat with.. Rip Nell.

This woman was so talented that drugs were no way in the hell needed. Screw drugs it takes talented people and sucks them dry. Nell kicked the habit quite a few years before her death thank God. But diabetes took its toll on her and won. I cant wait to get to heaven so I can see her in God's choir. Its going to be something.
