many say those build ups and then without adele's key lyrics feels like a missed opportunity. perhaps. but for me at least, I feel a sense of restraint born out of this mashup, allowing more emphasis for her other lyrics. Like a person wanting to say what they want to say, but not unloading all the passion and built up emotion so soon. It's hard to understand a person if their words are drowning in low sobs or high shrieks.
