This came out my first year in the Army. While I have never been a huge fan of rap, I could tell right away that this one was awesome and different. I love that subtle bass line in it. Not the booming one but the one softer rhythmic one. The way the words flow and verses seamlessly lead right into the next is awesome. Hard to believe it's been 16 years.

his flow is very rhythmic. for example the section at 0:49 is what I mean. it's very musical. The beat isn't that special, but it just shows how his style rapping is really what makes the song. I think it's a high point of rap
