I will try this recipe but I will remove the skin from my salmon before it bake. Also I may try to first put down a mound of the stuffing on the baking surface then put a slit in the fillet through the middle and place the salmon over the mound of stuffing, so the salmon kindda surrounds the stuffing. This way it ensures that the salmon will be cooked evenly throughout. Just my thought. Can't wait to try it.

I made this for my BF for a C’mas Eve dinner and it was a HIT!! He ate two servings!!! This was my first time making it, but definitely not my last!!! Thank you for trying!!❤️ did u put enough seasonings? Salt, pepper and old bay? Before u add the egg to the filling taste and adjust your seasonings and that should help 😊

I’m a bad cook so that’s probably why I ruined it. I tried subbing in extra cream cheese because my stuffing wasn’t as creamy as yours. The salmon tho......whew, that was ICONIC. You did what you had to do
