Electrical newbie here but is there any degradation by using, say, 14awg for this adapter?

Just be careful not to exceed the amp limit on that size wire. The chargeverter can pull 2500 watts on 120 that’s over 20 amps

Ahhh, yes. So 14 gauge wire isn’t rated for 20amps, but rather more like 15. Many thanks!!🙏

I should be able to use a TT-30 RV 30Amp to L14-30 adapter and connect this to 30amp receptacle or generator. $30. charge a solar generator with solar port.
