The second larva's surprising attack only adds you a contamination card even you have a larva on your player board. it is in FAQ nemesis. and the cockpit is always the lowest number, if the cockpit already has a malfunction marker, place it to the second-lowest number of the explored room。

It was a kickstarter project, but you should be able to find it in retail and online, i think Zatu Games stocks it
