The Box lid by itself is too front heavy to sit like that. It would work with the whole box since the game content would shift the center of gravity behind the pivot point.

I'm pretty excited to get this! With no padding around the game box, and such a tight fit between the shipping box and the game box, there's nothing to prevent penetrating damage to outer box from going right through to the game box. Crossing fingers that it doesn't happen.

Do a youtube search on how to add a Wash and dry brush miniatures, and you can create a very similar effect. In the most simplest sense, prime then put a base color on your miniatures (or prime using a base color), brush on a wash, then a simple dry brush. This is a quick and cheap way of adding some extra dimension to your miniatures without needing to be concerned about painting in detail. If you've never touched miniature painting before, I know it can be a bit intimidating. But trust me, if you just start with this simple process, you'll soon find a new comfort level to adding this bit of detail to all your miniatures.

Read the rulebook at night in your bed, then play a solo game the day after with the rulebook open near you. After that I think you'll be able to teach the game without wasting time. You don't have to explain every rules to the players before playing anyway.

4 minutes in and all I can think is... The game box is going to get damaged to hell and back if the parcel is dropped even a little bit. The outer box is telling the courier exactly what's in the box so he can decide weather to steal it or not. Once again Awakened Realms seems to have put out a game box with contents too tall for the box lid to fit properly. Hopefully the box is going to be put in a bigger one with proper packing peanuts or something similar. And hopefully the lid will fit better once the tokens are punched out.

Yes, this was just a core box unboxing. The only stretch goals that have been already added to the core game, were the Quality Upgrade section and the mechanic character. All other expansions and add-ons will be sent out in wave 2 :)

The first wave of Kickstarter backers will get their base copies next month, then the second wave of Kickstarter backers will get their copies (with the expansions) sometime in July 2019, then it will hit retailers sometime after that, but they have not announced a specific date.
