Mars Core Master Level by offwine - Blind Nightmare Clear

NOTE: The level is not entirely finished, but it's still fully playable from start to finish. It's available on the modding portal.
Cool level. It completely revamps the route of the level, with a few gimmicks along the way. They were incorporated in a tasteful way though, so I didn't mind. What I didn't appreciate were a few "ha, gotcha!" moments, where a cybermanc would spawn in front of you whilst the opening behind you would suddenly close - or a cybermanc would spawn behind you right after entering an encounter. I feel like those deaths weren't entirely deserved, but whatever.

Out of Curiosity. Why do you avoid doing glory kills?

@@BurnedBrain96 I generally only GK if I need health or BP charges. I value good positioning more.

@maeyhm I will say, you play really good. I only asked bcz I noticed that you needed BP most of the time and doing GK and getting those charges could have given you a lot more value by stunning enemies whenever yo get cornered or to close to them even for a second plus is really good dmg

Sometimes I just skip them because it slows down combat too much and I need to capitalize on something that I see in that very moment - it all depends on what's going on. You just kinda get a feel for it after a while.

I don't find much value in blood fueled outside of early game - meathook and ballista boosting is plenty enough in terms of mobility.

It's still a good rune, but honestly I just don't want to replace any of my current ones in exchange for it. I also feel like dash, meathook, ballista boosting and chaingun shield (bad habit tbh) gets me out of most situations so I don't want to sacrifice a slot for it.
