So I've had this chair for one month and use it daily during the summer out in the yard and today it stopped staying in any position but fully reclined. It simply just slips out from any upright position. Has anyone else had this happen? Is there a fix?

at 1:33 what type of engineer designed the feet, to not actually sit flat on the ground?> that back foot, is BUSTED, or will be soon.

We'd highly suggest checking one out in person if you get a chance! The feet are positioned for many different terrains (not just a flat photo studio like this one here) and hold up surprisingly well on rocks and uneven ground.
