Not on KZbin, but Metler was fifth in people's voting. Nobody else won Eurovision being so low in tele. So Metlers win is rigged and Metler should give back the trophy Eurovision rules saying that the winner is combinet by tele and jury and not only by jury

@@las_slaya the whole "they" thing is credible only to people who speak English as a primary language and have no idea how others work in terms of morphology, grammar etc. it simply doesn't work in other languages as smoothly or at all. Do you know that Hungarian has 3 times more cases than German? Do you understand Croatian or Russian? Didn't think so. You can try to twist language to adhere to your ideology, but as a language professor, let me assure you it's just a trend because as soon as it hits the wall of logic, its semantics shatters too.

@@Mloofyliciousas a Danish speaking person, I can say that ‘de/dem’ refers to non-binaries in the same way as they/them in English, so it’s definitely not just an English thing. Not to mention the fact than ‘hen’ is a newer word from Sweden (?) that we’ve also adopted in Denmark, which refers to a ‘third’ gender that is neither ‘hun’ (her) nor ‘han’ (him). Language is fluent and changes all the time. In a time where people of all genders finally can live freely and openly, it wouldn’t surprise me if the languages followed suit. Also adding to that, even if a language doesn’t have a third gender term, doesn’t mean you shouldn’t use the correct pronouns when speaking a language that does.
