Interesting, Nemo is pointing out a nerf to perfect parry nobody else has mentioned. 3:00 so not only does the normal that you hit them with after perfect parrying something does significantly less drive damage, there's also a possible meter scaling effect added as well to all PP combos. People were getting perfect parries and depleting a ton of drive gauge with heavy -> DI and taking away two drive stocks, and characters like Chun were building a crapton of meter from their PP combos. Good changes overall will help tone down the reward.
