It’s funny, I always write my review of the episode before I read all the comments from others and your take on Envy’s interviewing resembles if it’s not in fact my very same take I wrote on his beat up and battered interview skills copy and pasted as follows: “Phenomenal raw interview. I could watch NeNe all the day long. That’s why this woman is ratings gold for Real Housewives of Atlanta and has been on that show with the highest paycheck since the very beginning. I loved seeing her dynamic with Charlamagne since both NeNe and Charlamagne are well known for their big, larger-than-life personalities. I am super glad Charlamagne kept reminding NeNe what a toxic person Wendy Williams is. Can’t belieeeeeeeve NeNe doesn’t shut Wendy down on her bs the way NeNe shuts everyone else down. She gets a lot of passes from to the point you wonder what’s the catch. Angela Yee and Charlamagne both had great questions but I thought Envy was just there. About time Breakfast Club at the Housewives queen on honey. I rarely watch a full interview on this show unless real juicy like Monique or Chelsea Lately or Kevin Hart. The dynamic between NeNe and Charla was raw, blunt, and real to the point I could watch them on their own show and would never miss an episode. NeNe has a larger than life personality and Charla has a larger than life personality, both of them the stars of their show, so you knew their interaction was going to capture. Yee had a lot of good moments and questions as well. Envy noooooot so much. He was just there like one of those scribbly paintings on the wall that people call a work of art.

DJ Envy and Angela Yee don't bring anything of value to the show, they can easily be swapped out with other ppl and nobody would care. Yes, Unc has his pulse on the community. Does he say problematic things sometimes? Yes, but it's always something that give you pause. We hv watched Charla develop into a better interviewer and better person, Envy and Yee haven't grown on this show at all they still make the same damn comments for everything.
