That was great race. Mayfield and him was both going for it. i saw nothing wrong it. its racing. AE and AKA needed this win in 8th scale. it was like drivers that did great at the worlds did poorly here. the ones that didn't so well at the worlds dominated at NEO. Prob due to track conditions, Vegas was super loose and bump as it gets. Neo looks High bite and super smooth!

Rc Vitals ae doesn't deserve to win, until they can make their own 8th scale, without copying off of Mugen. Champions in 10th but bullshit in 8th. If Mugen was as stupid they'd join the 10th scale classes doing the same thing the weaselly way, taking someone else's hard work, creativity, time and money used to design, r n d, trial and error, and make lots of money. But hey they make the best original cars and make them the honest way. Not the arrogant way where a company thinks they won so many championships that they think they can do this. In 10th, several dumb companies did try to copy the b4, but it wasn't Mugen or tlr. Those two design completely original cars, and very unique from the copies. If it's not original they don't make it, otherwise tlr would have an onroad program too. These companies copying others don't know how to improve their cars that they instead are changing to sugared tracks and carpet, so that they have new models to sell which works better for the new surfaces. Tlr is making the fastest 2wd cars. Too bad I don't like the steering feel of this brand, but very capable cars.

I wonder if there are copyright laws in the RC world....I bet there are.. I bet there are copyrights on every piece Mugen makes regardless of how small. You should send a letter to Mugen and advise them of AE blatantly ripping off their design.... thats what I would do if I had such insider information. Maybe Mugen is completely unaware their hard work just won the NEO for AE.

I don't care how hungry you are for the win. playing dirty is playing dirty. if I put somebody on the wall like that I wouldn't even want the W.. very poor sportsmanship, and a bad example to every youngster trying to get there. I've never been in a pro race so I don't have no experience in it yet.. but it don't take a genius to know what's right and what's wrong.. now if this was accidental of course it's another story. but from what I see by viewing it a few times it looks as if it was done purposely..

Maifield is not. Nor has never been a hack. To say that is a misinformed person. I have watched him race since 2002. Thats not his style. But he had 42min to make it up and never did. It was dirty. But no one caught him. He was the fastest that day.

the whole race was garbage. Maifield and Ongaro made contact, but Ongaro then turned left and shoved Maifield to the wall. But that's karma. Maifield is usually the one hacking others by mistake, not giving enough consideration to keep it clean. Nonetheless Ongaro was wrong and let his aggressive instincts take over for that moment. Tessmann needs to learn to get out of the way sooner when getting lapped. Because of that Boots got past Ongaro. When pitting don't drop any car on top of other cars especially on the leader that lapped your car. This race was a mess.

I wonder what will be replace totally by Electric Motors, Real cars or the RC car. Someday soon both will be no more that is for certain. Embrace Electric as your better or suffer the fate of the Dinosaurs.
