That scratch comes from the switch. Cherry mx switch is famous for their signature scratch especially in stock (no lube).

U mean the switch or the keyboard? Anyway, that scratch u hearing is coming from the switch. Cherry mx switch is famous for their signature scratch. Especially in stock condition. And actually, im loving the scratchy-ness sound and feel of the switch so much, it feels like the scratch gives the switch a unique character when typing.

Stock Cherry switches sound so horrible (thin, hollow, rattly, pingy). Why would you feature them in a promotional/review build? Stock switches in general should be avoided as they make the key board sound bad. Please use pre-lubed switches or take the time to lube the Cherry switches.

It's essential to acknowledge that individual preferences vary greatly, particularly within this hobby. I encourage mutual respect for differing viewpoints and choices, recognizing that personal preferences significantly influence our experiences. Although i still think theres nothing wrong with using stock cherry switch, but i think its my job to showcase not only the goodside, but people also need to know the badside of the keyboard if theres any. As for the cherry switch, i love the scratchiness of the cherry switch. It adds a unique character to the switch. Differentiate it from other switch. If i lube it, the scratchiness will fade, and it will become more or less the same as other “smooth” switches out there. I dont see a point in buying different switch if all of them will ended up feels the same. Well this is my preferences. Your mileage may vary. Cheers bro and have a good day ahead.

I will agree that this just sounds bad, and this is coming from a Cherry lover. I know everyone wants to eat you alive for saying it, but it's true. If you are truly trying to showcase a keyboard, this is essentially the worst case scenario aside from clickies or potentially silent switches. It's their video and their build, but we are completely allowed to have feedback in the comments.
