It was never dumped. Prisma took on Grand Mole’s name but kept its attribute. Cosmo needs Neos + 3 Neo Spacians with different attributes so Prima counted towards Cosmo’s summon.

Yeah if you focus on 1 deck, you just waste all your materials on recrafting/pulling cards till you get Royals. That said, this ain't nothing. Peru also plays Utopia and his entire ED is Royal.
