Well obviously I can’t speak for him but I think that going slow is a good way to show off small details/ blemishes that you probably wouldn’t see if you were building this in a hurry. And it also could help with gauging quality (Considering that these are fake Lego products) and shows off some pros and cons of buying cheap plastic toys. At the end of the day you have to keep in mind that this is a showcase channel and they want to show off every detail about a figure before you, the consumer buys said product and is unhappy with what you get
