Thanks Gus! That’s a lick I will be practicing till it’s perfect! I love it! Could you please keep keep on teaching us some more harmonic minor licks, it’s sort of foreign to me, but all the players I like use it like you. Pedal licks too. I can’t seem to get the hang of it. Thanks Gus❤️
@taLLdavid333 жыл бұрын
457 578, on the low E 578 on the A. Play that run in octaves and boom youll get the sound youre looking for. Thats an A harmonic minor scale. Every 4 notes is a diminished scale, that can really spice things up too.

Your pick attack is perfect. You grace the strings must enough to get the right attack. That takes waaaaay less effort than we beginners think. I really have to loosen up a lot and every time I do there's always that one split moment where I get it just right and it sounds perfect and looks good too in the mirror (hand barely moves). I hope I'll be able to internalize it soon.

Killer guitar Gus! It's about time someone spec'd out something fuggin killer in a guitar. Lots of krap is out there.....that guitar right there is something I've been thinking about for years now and have always wondered why nobody is offering it. Thanks for bringing something like that to market! A useful tool/weapon to shred on! LOVE the Candy Apple Red color choice!!!!
@Vestu3 жыл бұрын
What especially do you like in that guitar? I like it too :) but are there some specifics that you're not finding elsewhere but where this guitar especially shines?
@ubatooba84673 жыл бұрын
@@Vestu Yeah. Set neck construction. Will out sustain a bolt on guitar like you cannot imgaine. Mahogany wings. Strat body with humbuckers means no wimpy tones from single coil sized PUP's. 24 Frets = nice detail. Wheel adjusted truss rod at heel. 12" Radius. 2 Point floating trem (similar to a Fender Strat trem) and no locking nut. And Candy Apple Red...Leo's favorite color....I've been wanting a CAR Strat for a long time now. And matching painted headstock = real classy.....always denotes a more expensive guitar (when you're talking Fender Strats). I've been thinking about why nobody has done a custom Strat like this for a while....and then Gus G has this thing made! Smoking! I have a JB Player set neck Strat and the sustain is unreal. And I believe the wings (part of the neck THRU construction) are mahogany = Les Paul type of tones. Totally a hybrid guitar.....and it's about fuggin time! Many design "improvements" often are not improvements at all. It's good to see Gus making a sensible killer strat. I have no idea why this has not been done before. Bravo Gus! I will be lusting for one of these until I can afford to snag one!
