​@@tenshinonoobvalente I believe Rick has solid chances of returning, and that's because the original MOTW roster is too small, which makes the dlc reduced by logic to mostly classic FF characters. Oda already confirmed at least 3 years worth of dlc. And if we are speaking of dlc, not every FF veteran has exactly dlc appeal, so the devs will be careful in their choices, which increases Rick's chances even more given his popularity.

Its great to see EVO and other organizations interests in games like FFCOTW. I also wonder how lit FFCOTW will really be when it's finally available. The extended games are just the community side tournaments that have always been there. It’s just that Evo will slightly push them more in their channels. I wouldn’t be celebrating KOF XV for that. The game is done. And it’s now being lumped with inactive games like KI and Blazblue that have not received content in ages.

That sounds sad when we notice that it could have been avoided if there was a true season 3, even if it was smaller and only with KOF 14 characters. The game is too famous in name to get only 2 seasons.

@@carlosaugusto9821 SNK also insists on rotating between KoF and another IP. Unlike Capcom, that after their Infinite Fiasco, just devoted all their resources to fix SFV and work on SF6. If SNK didn’t work on more franchise and dedicated themselves to KOF, then XV might have lived longer. But they’re following the old Netherrealm formula. Rotating between MK and Injustice. And finish support in 2 years. After knowing they’re doing FF, AOF and a Samsho RPG, I don’t think KoF is coming back until at least 2029-2030.

@ i misunderstood the original comment. when they said "coexist" i thought they meant like in long term, as in both games getting more characters and updates, which would certainly be nice, but kof15 is definitely over by now. they can both be on evo tho 100%
