As a collector of wnba the Clark effect is in full swing. Last years prizm came in at around $75. All wnba products starting with 2019 donruss have seen a bump in price going back about a year. I did a video on it. Pretty wild increase we are seeing.

The Randle trade was about him opting out of his contract after the season, the Knicks didn't want to lose him for nothing. Wolves get Randle at PF, with Gobert and Naz at center, for a season... then maybe sign & trade him for someone?

or let's make a Shohei exclusive set with base cards for each of the 50 home runs and 50 steals charge $25 a pack or $239 for a 10 pack box and slide it in there. 🤑🤑🤑

To put Ohtani in perspective with his peers…..in the last 7 years Ohtani will have 3 MVP awards; Juan Soto has zero. And if Aaron Judge hits 55 home-runs in 2022, instead of 62, Ohtani would be winning his 4th consecutive MVP.
@hustlecrowe9440Ай бұрын
To put Ohtani in perspective with his peers.... Ohtani is 30 and has only 4 season over 3.0 WAR, Judge is 32 but has 7 3.0+ seasons, Soto is only 25 and already has 6 3.0+ seasons. If Ohtani blows out his arm again, you're looking at a DH only hitter who roughly puts up the same WAR as a hitter as Soto, only much older. If you combine Ohtani's pitching AND hitting WAR in 2022, its still lower than Judge.
@JeffreyBeckerPhotographsАй бұрын
@@hustlecrowe9440 you can share your WAR numbers and Ohtani can hold his own in WAR; but there’s nothing in my comment that is false, and I’ll stand behind my statement that if Judge only hits 55 home runs in 2022, Ohtani now wins 4 MVP’s in a row, and going for 5 next year. And doing so in an unprecedented manner with pitching and hitting. Judge and Soto will go down as all-time greats most likely - barring something unforeseen, and I’m obviously a Yankees fan. But Ohtani is next level.
@jetercollector2134Ай бұрын
Soto is on pace with 36 plus WAR before his age 26 season, counting statistics matter in baseball and he will obliterate Ohtani’s counting stats IMO.
@JeffreyBeckerPhotographsАй бұрын
@@jetercollector2134 I agree on Soto. He will probably retire as one of the greatest left-handed hitters of all time with an incredible career. He may have HoF credentials by the time he turns 30. Judge will be a 1st ballot HoF also. But Soto is a 2-tool player and Ohtani’s skillset transcends even the best 5-tool player. Ohtani’s 2021-2024 4-season stretch may go down as the best 4 years in the history of the game, and it’s not over yet.
@pk3739Ай бұрын
Stats are great, but Soto will never be Ohtani. Ohtani is a transcending unicorn.
@andrewjackson4510Ай бұрын
Ohtani will win his third MVP award and he will be a lock to win it next year, because he will be pitching. The Topps Chrome refractors in the $700 range are a great investment.

What happens to the Ohtani market when he gets booted in the playoffs? Does all the air come out of the balloon. Jose Ramirez is criminally undervalued
@andrewjackson4510Ай бұрын
Nothing. Losing in the playoffs doesn’t erase his 50-50 season or MVP award. At some point, he will probably win a World Series with the Dodgers. That would definitely send his card prices to the moon. The same goes for Aaron Judge.
@jbhatts610Ай бұрын
@@andrewjackson4510😂😂 where are his cards now?? Not on the moon?? I’d argue ohtani is the best player ever to play. His cards are still overpriced given how many have been printed and graded. You keep pushing that “great investment “ narrative though
