The funniest thing is that the last ten or so presentations are all just hyper-luxurious hotels, pipedreams that even Saudi Arabia will struggle to finance, yet every video is awash with buzzwords like better urbanism and sustainability, when these ideas really couldn't be further from it. Where will all the staff required to run these even live? The Line would be too far to commute from and too expensive to live for workers. This will all end as a massive dumpster fire, and I will be - already am - kingly entertained. Thank you, your royal highness 😂

It would be so awesome to see the ongoing journey and thoughts during the process of creating such beautiful projects. I dont know if you are willing to share the downsides or challenges you need to overcome, thats fine, but I would love to see more behind the scenes stuff and see how long it would take to complete such things. I love Neom.

You can't seriously believe that all these pipe dreams are actually going to be built 😂 Like, how many hyper-luxurious hotels do they even wanna build there? At some point, the few super rich that can afford it will be saturated with Saudi Arabia.

Neither. It will just fail because only the richest people will be able to afford it and the urbanist concept simply is trash that won't work out. Watch AdamSomething for some analysis. And these hotels that have been announced lately are even more nonsensical, they are not going to happen.

It's not Urbanism, it's just a resort in the middle of nowhere. And how distopian you can be to call one of the biggest piece of land "Saudi"??? It's Arabia and you're trying to rename into the name of a clan who've been feasting upon the natural resources of tens of millions of people. And yeah, the lady you see is a part of the Saudi prince and princess clan.
