Yes! I still love neon. Never stopped. And yours it so well to build depth and texture. Something I don't think I've seen, is a look like the skull is glowing through the skin. Kinda like when you put your hand over a flashlight? Does that make sense? I know its been done in movies, but I'd love to see it done glam.

that can deff work! i would use green eyeshadow and then the neon to shape out the bones, then a layer of white for the highlights! i think i used more water activated paint in my old neon skull vids. it can be difficult to blend but definitely doable!
