Neon Lights Sugar Skull Makeup Tutorial

Since you guys really seemed to like my neon Valentine's look, I decided to try a sugar skull makeup. This look took around 6 hours, so be prepared! A tip would be to do your mouth last so you can at least eat and drink whilst you're painting!

The very natural eye look with the pop of bright eyeliner is beautiful, I wish I had more colorful liners. Atm I just put shadow over white eyeliner.
