Oh man, I loved when you did those side parts!!! ❤ And it curled looked 🔥🔥🔥 I agree with you about the red though. I think the red was a little orangey red and that’s way it looked slightly off. All the other colors were so vibrant but shifting the red to an orangey red shifted the vibrancy a little.

I agree, I think this pattern will look best curled, braided and in cool updo's and unique styling. Definitely pulled off the technical side of it perfectly. That's the problem with dying hair fashion colors all of the time. Sometimes I get bored with them all and have to go back to natural tones for awhile until they excite me again 😂

I think the red would look less "off" if it was closer in depth to the purple (or if the purple was lighter/brighter). The red is a little lost in the pink and orange since they're so close while the purple really stands out with how dark it is. It's a super pretty red, though, i love the electric pink pussycat color.

I loooove that purple/blue/green side so much! I think one thing that throws me off about the result is that one side has colors that are very distinct, and the pink/red/orange side just blends together too much as colors in the same family or with the same undertone. The prismatic pieces do help, but can't break up that warm tone side as much as it needs (or so I think lol).

I get how you feel about the red lol. I love the color itself but I feel like it blends too much with orange. I have rainbow hair like this but I didn’t use any red and my bangs are a full rainbow because I parted them in smaller vertical sections. I think if I didn’t have a rainbow in the front I wouldn’t like it as much 👀

Maybe putting just the pink on the front on the red, it will be give more richness to that section and a gradual transition from orange to pink, since in the prismatic piece you forgot the red. Maybe the prism pattern all over the top section and rainbow gradient sections on the bottom would look good 🤔. So by gradient I mean either: *For example a green section going from green to blue to yellow and then the same sort of idea with all the other colors but with a corresponding color gradient. *Every section just having it's own rainbow gradient. *Every section going from a darker/vivid tone softly transitioning to a more pastel one at the ends. Hope all that made sense 😅. Still think this pattern turned out nice too!😊❤
