Exactly what i was thinking! Her voice is normally amazing. But to be honest, in this perfomance she was a little out of tune when she was doing the harmony in the second time that the song says "what are you waiting for?". I love how you dropped your mic argument. Anyway, an acoustic bass wouldn't stand out in this song, as it's not loud enough to be heard over the other instruments. So they used an electric bass with a more powerful sound and didn't add distortion. And you can tell that the bass is a big part in this song. So it needs to be heard. Therefore, you have no argument.
