The character rare is called trainer gallery card that's why it says TC. It is similar to Cosmic Eclipse where it's in the reverse holo slot. You can hypothetically get two hits in one pack.

Last week, I opened up a Brilliant Stars ETB, got 2 full arts(one of them was an Arceus), 1 V, a trainer gallery oranguru, and a holo boss order. Now I realize that These pulls were really lucky compared to other ETBs

Soo, the VSTAR pokemon have the vstar power, that can be used once a game, so you keep that card next to your cards or somewhere you want it to be when you're playing, the vstar side up, and when you use the vstar power you flip it
