Galing ako dyan, fully opened na ang supermarket at hardware pero more on basic hardware supplies ang mahanap mo. Ang department store on soft opening pa sya. I'm impressed sa supermarket dahil more spacious than trinoma pero Mas affordable ang pricing ng supermarket versus sa iba . Looking forward nko sa full opening ng department store , expect na magkaroon ng Ansons, Via Mare, French baker , Mercury drug, Office warehouse at mga kilalang tenants na lagi meron sa landmark.

For me they have the best department store dahil sa dami ng options at affordable price especially ang kanilang bazaar section . Ang next landmark na mag open ay sa Cebu anchor tenant din sila ng ginagawang Ayala malls Doon

Congrats, nalalapit na ang mga malawakang pagbaha sa kalakhang Maynila ngayon natapos na ang reclamation area na iyan na tinambakan ng milyong-milyong metric ton ng lupa sa parteng yan ng Manila bay. At patuloy pang pagtambak ng lupa sa mga reclamation areas sa Manila Bay at Bulacan. Congrats again.

If only the government allowed tall buildings in this area, it would have been a awesome place like BGC is now. One government official in Pagcor made that dwarf building rule even from the fact that an international company planned to build the highest tower there knowing that it won't affect NAIA. 😊

That won't happen. Because, that specific area is a Fly Zone area which is neat to airports. And that's the reason why buildings within that area is limited only up to 10 floors, horizontally designed.

@@franz2843 wrong. That area was called E city before and there was a plan to build the tallest tower there in the whole Philippines. It's because of bad politics which shoot the proposal down. An international company made the proposal, meaning, there was an excellent study made that IT'S POSSIBLE. 😊

Nope. Landmark is a Gaisano in Metro Manila. Both known for being an unkind & greedy employer, especially to their contractual employees. Plus, recorded, several even go viral in socmed violations of labor code, unfair cashier shortage charges, dirty employees comfort room, very strict amounting to harassment Security guard implementations of strict uniforms, movement of rank & file employees, worse, Supervisors & Managers mostly looking dried up & stressed acting like they own the Business & heirs to the family fortune, not realizing they are just disposable like the contractual rank and file. So stingy and untrustworthy towards their own hardworking employees. No career growth development, no health care, no sustainable retirement plans and the business profit down to the centavos are geared to the enjoyment lavishly for the business owners.

Landmark is so so so overrated. It seems every condo project uses Landmark like some great amenity. Such as Upper Eastside Bacolod and now Manila Bay? Come on people. It's like S&R. I go to the one in Nuvali once every few months. Nothing burger. You can get great meats at South Supermarket or the Palengkes. Pure Gold has local items without the expensive import duties.
