എന്നോടും ഓഫീസിൽ വന്നു collect ചെയ്യാനാണ് പറഞ്ഞത്. പക്ഷെ ഞാൻ അവരുടെ costumer service ൽ വിളിച്ചപ്പോൾ അവർ പറഞ്ഞു അവർക്കു എല്ലായിടത്തും കൊറിയർ സർവീസ് ഉണ്ടെന്നു. എന്നിട്ട് അവർ എന്റെ അടുത്തുള്ള DTDC office staff ന്റെ അടുത്ത് കുറെ ചൂടായി. അടുത്തദിവസം എനിക്ക് സാധനം വീട്ടിൽകിട്ടി. Costumer care നെ വിളിച്ചു complaint ചെയ്യൂ bro. എന്നോട് അവർ പറഞ്ഞത് അവർ സാധനം വീട്ടിലെത്തിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ അവർക്കു fine ഇടുമെന്നാണ്.

ഇത് ഡെലിവർ എങ്കിലും ചെയ്തല്ലോ..DTDC കൊല്ലം ആണെങ്കിൽ വിളിച്ച് പറയും വന്നു എടുക്കാൻ..പറ്റില്ല എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞാൽ attempted delivery, customer not available എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ് തിരിച്ച് അയക്കും. ഒടുവിൽ National Consumer portal online complaint ചെയ്തപ്പോ അടുത്ത ദിവസം വീട്ടിൽ deliver ചെയ്തു.

എനിക്കും same experience ഉണ്ടായിട്ട് ഉണ്ട്. 2days ഞാൻ wait ചെയ്തിട്ടും courier വന്നില്ല. DTDC office il ചോദിച്ചപ്പോൾ അവര്ക്ക് no idea. കുറെ ടൈം wait ചെയ്തു. അവർക്ക് പോലും അറിയില്ല ആർകു ആണ് deliver ചെയ്തത് എന്നു. Last എനിക്ക് ഒരു doubt തോന്നി , ഞാൻ എൻ്റെ company Head office il പോയി നോക്കി. അവിടെ റിസപ്ഷൻ il കൊടുത്തിട്ട് ഡെലിവറി ഏജൻ്റ് പോയ്. അവർക്ക് എൻ്റെ details ഒന്നും അറിയില്ലായിരുന്നു. അവർ അവിടെ വെറുതെ വെച്ചു. എൻ്റെ നമ്പർ അടക്കം parcel box il ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ആരും വിളിച്ചില്ല.

DTDCയുടെ കടുംപിടുത്തം കാരണം എനിക്ക് 2999rs ലാഭം ഉണ്ടായിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഹോം ഡെലിവറി ഉള്ള പ്രോഡക്ട് 26km അപ്പുറം പോയി വാങ്ങാൻ. Complaint കൊടുത്തു, പിന്നെ ബാക്കി എല്ലാം പെട്ടെന്ന് ആയിരുന്നു.

I also had a terrible experience when I ordered eyeglasses from Lenskart.എന്നോട് അവർ അവരുടെ ഓഫീസിൽ വന്നു collect ചെയ്യാൻ പറഞ്ഞു. എനിക്ക് സാധനം കിട്ടുന്നതിന് മുമ്പേ ഫോണിൽ സാധനം deliver ആയി എന്ന് SMS വന്നു. അപ്പോൾത്തന്നെ ഞാൻ costumer care ൽ വിളിച്ചു ചൂടായി. അവർ അടുത്തുള്ള DTDC office ൽ വിളിച്ചു അവരോടു ചൂടായപ്പോൾ അടുത്ത ദിവസം തന്നെ സാധനം വീട്ടിലെത്തിച്ചുതന്നു. എന്നോട് DTDC Costumer care പറഞ്ഞത് ഇവർ home delivery തന്നില്ലെങ്കിൽ അവരെ അറിയിച്ചാൽ മതി. ആ ഓഫീസിനു ₹5000 fine ഇടുമെന്നാണ്.

I had a similar experience..I had a parcel to be delivered..The courier boy from DTDC called me on the morning of April 2024 and said “you have an order & asked about the location and told will be delivered before evening " the product was not delivered till evening ..later I called and raised my concern .. the delivery boy asked me “ wether the item in my parcel was valuable or it contain any official documents “ later he added “ the parcel is no where to be found I think it fell off my delivery vehicle “ …. Wtf I was stunned …this is how the handle a parcel ..so irresponsible and bad service Anyways the DTDC branch was ready to give the compensation for my order (the product that I have orders was an 600 rs watch)

Even i had a very bad experience that i had to sent a Fragile object from TRV to BLR, they told there is an Air service it will be handed over to the receiver on the same day itself, it was bit expensive, I paid for that service and the receiver got the product after 3 days that means a normal Delivery duratioan, i called them regarding the concern, They said there was an " Technical Issue".

bro, OTP verification okay optional ane for third party courier services like DTDC, PROFESSIONAL etc, they can bypass it if delivery agent is delivering the product in the address that written on the parcel and to the addressee. In ur case delivery guy delivered it on your old address which is given on the parcel, he doesnt know whether u r staying there or not, also the tenant signed in the delivery slip for you. he /she also doesnt highlighted it. Next time update your address properly with the sender also ask your sender to use a premium service of DTDC or any other couriers along with the insurance for expensive products because incase of missing you will get full refund.

Dtdc വഴി കഴിഞ്ഞ മാസം ഒരു കൊറിയർ കേരളത്തിനുള്ളിൽ തന്നെ അയച്ചത് 8 ദിവസം കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോഴാണ് കയ്യിൽ കിട്ടിയത്.. 2ദിവസം മാക്സിമം എടുക്കു എന്നാ പറഞ്ഞത്.. 2 ദിവസം മുതൽ മാറി മാറി കസ്റ്റമർ കെയറിൽ വിളിച്ചു...കമ്പ്ലിൻറ് ചെയ്യിച്ചു നോ രക്ഷ.. അവസാനം 8ദിവസം കഴിഞ്ഞു കയ്യിൽ കിട്ടിയത് ആരുടെയോ ഭാഗ്യം.. കാരണം.ചോദിച്ചപ്പോ പറഞ്ഞത് ആണ് കിടു.. അത് വേറെ എവിടേക്കു എങ്കിലും മാറി പോയി കാണുമെന്ന്.. ഇനി അത് തിരിച്ചു വരുമ്പോ തരാം എന്ന്..

Bro DTDC can send OTP to any number before delivery ! I have got my parcel many times without the actual number on which OTP came by sending the new OTP to my other number. LOL 😆

Partially their mistake (delivered without OTP and didn't enter the recipient name ) and partially your mistake ( they delivered to the correct address and the delivery guy might be bypassed the usual delivery flow since it's delivering to the correct address)

ഞാൻ Used Phones സ്ഥിരം courier ചെയ്യുന്നത് DTDC വഴിയാണ് ഇതുവരെ issues ഉണ്ടായിട്ടില്ല എനിക്ക് തോന്നുന്നത് ചില local shops ഒക്കെ DTDC agency എടുത്തിട്ടുണ്ട്,അതിലൂടെ കുഴപ്പങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടായേക്കാം പിന്നെ ഞാൻ സ്ഥിരം parcel ചെയ്യുന്നത് DTDC main office വഴിയാണ് എൻ്റെ address ൽ വരുന്നത് office ൽ പോയിട്ടാണ് എടുക്കുന്നത് Track ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റുന്നുണ്ട്
