Dr. Rabuil, following a routine MRI on my lower back in April, 2015, my orthopaedic surgeon told me that he had found two tumors, one measuring 3.5cm in my left hip, the other 1.5cm in my right hip. Both tumors are benign. Five years later, an x-ray on the hips showed there was no change in the two tumors. No surgery or treatment was recommended. Can you advise me what kind of action I should take to get rid of the two benign tumors from my hips, such as taking vitamins, supplements, diet, and exercise. I am male 83 years old and still active.
