Sven in one of his replies to a comment on his JSM channel explained how he acquired those dance move skills. It took many, many hours of analysing his own videos to create, reproduce and perfect all those exceptional moves which sometimes appear to defy gravity. It did not happen overnight. His level of physical fitness must be exceptional to sustain those demanding moves for so long without taking a break for rest. He really is an exceptional talent recognised worldwide. Much admired and copied too.

You can always adapt the dance to the dancer. If all you can do is move a finger, then do a finger dance. Age doesn't factor in.
