One day, our teacher was teaching about the national personalities of Nepal. He talked about Sita. Then one girl stood up and said that it is not real in kind of a protesting tone. Our teacher also kind of agreed. And people often address hindu stories as mythology. So when they think that our religion is all fake and the gods are fake, and the same generation is going to be leader in the future, then why would they think that small small temples in places are important??

I would argue that these people or kids are just poor works of their parents. The Brahmin caste who is supposed to be the highest of Hindu worshippers are themselves swayed by money and materials, not only have they forgotten what their ancestors hold as honor they as far as I’ve come to know also been an ideal example for people who are hollow on the inside. Even if they don’t believe in stories paying respects to elders and ancestral heritage is supposed to be an act of self discipline and moral.

Till the previous generation, people were devoted to both country and gods so they had a strong reason to bring back our heritage. Our generation doesn't know much about our Hindu culture. This is quite threatening because if they don't know the value of our culture, then how can we expect them to value cultural heritages? In schools, we are taught that we should preserve our national heritages just because it is our identity. That is not a strong reason to do so. Instead, if they had taught us well about our own separate gods, what they did, their stories, what we can learn from them, etc. then we would automatically value our heritages.
