Thank you for the masala names and it was very useful for me to know that. I have managed to secure a silauto in the UK from Ebay after watching your videos and yesterday i made my first rambera ko achar on it. Loved it. I love fish too and i especially love Hilsa macha. My bari in kalimpong used to make it with mustard seeds and green chilles and i used to eat loads of it. I miss her and miss hilsa too. Lots of love to both of you and take care hai.
