The right question should be while a nepali student who has bachelors in nepal and is abroad for graduate degree maintains grades (>3.5) and succeed in US, can a US student do the same in Nepal?? Do your due-diligence beforehand.

but that's not his point. the point is who's better as an engineer after their education and I strogly beileve America produces better engineer than of Nepal regardless of how complex the course is.
