Bhakka is a traditional dish of our Rajbanshi community who are mainly found in eastern districts of nepal such as jhapa, morang and sunsari. Every year we celebrate bhakka diwas on poush 29.

Wow ekdham video Bhai, malaii Nepali khana dherai mun parchha! Love seeing all the different khana, I have been following a Nepali in the east from Damak called Gagan Dahal Vlogs and he had some of the khana shown in this video. Malaii khusi lagyo, gata February ma Nepal ma ghayo. Mero Nepali sathi (wahako ghar Gopikhrisna ma) pani cooked me Phalgi. His mother in law anii serimati pakaunie ekdham ramro lagyo! I even have some notes of this in mero phone, but never got the full recipe. Seeing this makes me so happy they explained it was a Sherpa dish and normally eaten in the mountains. He used to own a Nepali restaurant UK Derby ma as they are Newari and very good cooks 🥰😊 I would love to buy the recipe book just for this alone, but from UK Amazon the only place I can see in the UK who sells it its priced at 10150 npr 😵 So not sure how ill get a copy, I can try and ask mero Gurkha sathiharu when they go to Nepal to look for it for me😉 Extra special Bhai, brought a tear to my eye. You went to Himalayan Sherpa Food House which ma pani ghayo most likely from seeing a previous video of yours. I had the Ridulk, please tell them gora bhai from middle of England came 6000 miles to eat there from your videos anii tiniharuko khana ekdham mitho thyio. So good for gora. They must have redecorated since I was there as it was green and brown inside. Ma Nepal anii Boudha dherai miss garchu Thulo samman Nepaliharu ko laggi 🥰
