» WHERE IS NEPHI FROM?
I am native to Bacolod City in the Philippines but in the recent years I have been moving and living a lot in different countries like Singapore, Japan and the US due to the nature of my work. I was in the US when I started this channel but I am currently in Indonesia thus the confusion to some where I am truly based.
» MUSICAL BACKGROUND
Former band vocalist of Akita performing at K-Pub in Ayala Cebu, Philippines (2019-2020)
Former band vocalist of Big Three Band performing in Yokohama 7, Yokohama, Japan (2014-2016).
Former member of the Filipino Voice Symphony (2010-2011) where I was taught by professional chorale singers (e.g. former soprano from UP Madrigal Singers). Our singing group bagged the "Gold Medal" in the International A cappella Championships held in Singapore in 2011.
Former university choir and singing trainer at Technological University of the Philippines Visayas.
» WHAT IS THE GREATER GOAL?
My mission is to promote music among different regions and try to make people from different countries relate to each other through music and singing. I have always believed that even small gestures in understanding similarities and differences towards others actually lead to greater awareness about countries and their people.
In this modern world full of things that divide humanity, it is but perfect to put efforts in re-uniting and building bridges among all of us.

And we know that Bruno Mars is one of her most favorite artists, and she definitely enjoyed doing this medley. Did you know that, according to her husband Dave, when they set the premiere date for this video, they didn't know that it was on the day of Bruno Mars' birthday, October 8. Call it coincidence or serendipity, I guess it was meant to be, and it's a good sign of the best things yet to come. 🥰 So, it's kindda special gift and tribute to the living legend himself Bruno Mars who, by the way, has Filipino blood as well. Shout out to the 3rd Avenue band, too, led by musical director Adonis Tabanda who I believe made the arrangement for this. Such a magnificent work, the transitions are smooth and suave, great instrumentation and vocals. Morissette, as you said and I agree, is on a different level and she even keeps on improving herself and her craft. The Philippines is very proud of these two, Mori and Bruno Mars! 🥰🥰

Her music director na si Adonis Tabanda (bass player) had a major role in this. He's so so so talented as a musician and he has worked with Mori for so long. They make such a good team. Look him up on his own channel. This was so so beautifully arranged and she kept up the energy throughout. Bruno Mars is Mori's ultimate dream collab. This needs to happen
