I'm glad you liked it! Btw, I know Nephilim is plural. I speak hebrew actually. I just chose to use it as a singular because I thought it sounded better in english.

In the span of two minutes, we have a bit of in-world language, creature presentation with its integration in the wider world and several societal and cultural quirks based on it. That's pretty solid worldbuilding ! Keep up the good work !

Fantastic work! The elements you’ve added are already very evocative: Nephalim are mysterious and cool, their hearts a rad commodity and magic system that add some interesting tension to the world and of course the hunters. Always a sucker for a dangerous fantasy profession for interesting characters to pursue Do these people name any particular nephalim in their local area? Be it the people who fear or respect them?

I had an idea for a culture who's religion is based on a specific nephilim that terrorized them in the past, which they deified and turned into a god of nature in their myths and legends.
