Pile 1 & 3 are very complimentary. I’ve done a lot of shadow work this year. Now I feel peace. On Monday in therapy I did some Family Constellation work and (thankfully) I am indeed the black sheep of my family, I escaped a yucky family system & I am so grateful for that …Going within has been tricky only because I don’t want to disrupt my peace… I have had massive spiritual stuff occur this year (🙏) & sometimes it’s a lot, as such sometimes I just need a pause. However when he’s the father of your stillborn son then “just letting go and leaving behind” is not that easy. We’ve already separated but I know that he has a huge energetical hold on me. I’m healing and letting go of dynamics (letting of many friends, limiting beliefs and habits as well in the mean time), but still I keep receiving this message from my guides of letting go. In all honesty I get angry when spirit is kind of saying, let go because only then we can bring in the good things, because only with letting go you can raise your frequency. I wish to have my son’s father in my life in some way as a friend, but after months of hearing receiving the same message it doesn’t seem to be.
