Pile 2: I like the FIELD I work in, but I’m just so tired of the work environment. The passive aggression is so extreme and there’s no direct communication. No one just directly says what they mean because they think it’s “nice” to act that way. It’s really driving me nuts. I think I’m the knight of swords person. I’d rather argue things out, get to the point, and fix the problem. I used to not be spicy, but I’m getting spicy because it’s just getting to be too much.

I'm long-term unemployed and still decided to watch. I chose Pile 3. I was fired from my last job by a micromanager. My boss was incompetent and didn't like me. I didn't want to lose the income, but I am so glad to be out of that toxic place. I was already in a management position. I'm now in the final interview process for a job and industry that I don't want to work in. It's a lower position than my previous role and I don't plan on staying with the organization long. I was trying to get a specialist position in another field for higher pay, but I keep getting rejected.

Pile 2 has me confirming a bunch of recent feelings I’ve been going through. My job switch within the last 7 months has brought me back to my depressive state experienced in middle/high school. With being the “outsider” Immature harassing male boss with no accountability makes the whole business vibe uncomfortable also. A new opportunity came to fruition that should turn out by the end of the year 🙏🏻

Pile 3, thanky you. I not earning enough, what i thought i would make is being taken away for taxes, which is understandable but too much. There is no improvement in the company, I have no fulfillment. I work by myelf while there are cameras in the car so i dont deal with coworkers. An occasional nuisance with a customer but thats it. Ive been looking for part & full time jobs but nothing seems to jump at me. So this video was like here, watch it lol I think ill take my time as to what i want to do next as i have bad anxiety, not much confidence or a people person. I'll wait it out and see what happens. Pile 3: tried for a promotion and was turned down but am being held to the expectations of that higher role. It's feeling unfair compared to others. I don't want to make a rash decision but I'm feeling pressure and I'm starting to get a lot more criticism than others with the same position as me, which I don't appreciate. I like my job overall but the upper management is getting under my skin.
