Pile 2. After a lifetime of narcissistic control (from a parent and a sibling), I have been able to unhook the cords and set myself free. But now it feels like I am in mourning. With small hints of depression. I am in freeze mode and unable to move forward. I heard the term "emotional processing" . The pause is required. After a lifetime of focusing my attention on someone elses needs, focusing and nurturing me feels strange. Thank you for this confirmation 🤍 I’ve been feeling for MONTHS that I would be moving, and I’ve grown incredibly anxious because I’m not quite sure where I will be completely and what it will look like. I have felt a pull to a specific place, the timing has been up in the air for me. The past year and a half has been a period of recovery and healing, and with everything going on collectively right now in the US I’ve become more anxious. Pile Nr. 2 It is work. I finally found a place where I love to work and a few days ago my boss wanted to fire me because of a misunderstanding. I am outside of my country with two cats and 6 lagguages I was totally desperate and I was literally beg him to not do this but he did not even listen to me. At the end I fixed it but now I feel like an underdog my dignity and pride is nowhere as I cried front of everyone and I still not feel safe I am watching my every move to not make a mistake and I am full of with stress. I just want to stabilize my situation. Thank you so much for the reading the title is pretty much spot on it was really the confirmation that I needed. I need to rest and heal because this problem made me phisically ill and when the storm is over I can figure out if this is really the right place for me or the damage is too big to go on.
