If by CC, u mean total power, then that number is quite useless honestly. Don't feel down if your team power is low because the game doesn't know how to calculate it right. does Purple need like Crit stats?

You can but the damage difference with crit and without is minimal so not worth it. I would much rather use the substat slots for something like hp/def.
