I never really got into Neptunia as a series. It's just one that passed me by. This does seem serviceable enough to fans of it I guess (I wouldn't know), but I don't think it's really for me. That said, I appreciate the review as always.

I absolutely adored this game and I wouldn’t say it was grindy at all hell I skipped a lot of enemies and still was able to beat the ending bosses easily. It’s just about stacking your discs with experience + you can have multiple and it stacks. Same with money and others with +. You can do this across all goddesses and even when they aren’t in your party they count. Do this and without trying much I hit 75 before the end of the final chapter.

Thanks for the review. It seems that the developers are losing their touch or some such with how they're handling these games. (Megadimension Neptunia VII and VIIR are my all time favorite Neptunia games though). Whether they're the original real time turn-based games or the action-packed ones, but you have to give them credit for making it this far thirteen years in ever since the original 2010 release. Many titles and spin-offs (some sadly being rehashes of the older ones just to make a quick buck from them) have been made and they're still going. However though they seriously need to ditch the *touch an enemy to start a fight* bullcrap for the action games cause it's getting too old and outdated imo so we can just go in and mess them up without a battle-transfer sequence. Anyways I'm gonna pick this up still cause I still enjoy the Neptunia games and it's 4th wall breaking humor a lot.
